Chocolate Chiffon Loaf Cake

1 ½ cup fine flour


1/2 Cup cocoa powder


1 cup hot water


2 teaspoon coffee powder


1 ½ cup sugar


1 ½ teaspoon baking powder


½ cup refined oil 


2 eggs (separated) 


4 egg white       


2 teaspoon vanilla essence


1 cup cream (beaten with 4 tablespoons confectionary sugar) 


4-5 Pineapple slices

· Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  Prepare cake tin by greasing and lining it with butter paper.


· Blend cocoa powder, boiled water and coffee powder together.


· Sift flour, half sugar and 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder into a large mixing bowl. 


· Add coffee mixture in the dry ingredients.


· Add oil, egg yolks and vanilla until smooth.


· Take another bowl; beat the egg whites with remaining sugar until stiff peaks appear. 


· Pour into the prepared cake tin.


· Bake upto an hour.


· Remove the cake from the oven and make it cool for 10 minutes in the room temperature. 


· Garnish with cream and pineapple slices and serve.
