Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Brownie

Chocolate Batter: 


4 eggs


¾ cup Coco powder


2 cups sugar


1 cup butter


1 ½ cup maida (flour)


2 teaspoon vanilla


1 teaspoon baking powder


½ teaspoon salt


1 cup peanut butter chips 


Peanut Butter Batter: 


¾ cup peanut butter


1/3 cup butter


1/3 cup sugar


2 tablespoon maida (flour)


2 eggs


1 teaspoon vanilla 


Frosting: 


3 ounces unsweetened chocolate


3 tablespoon butter


2 2/3 cup icing sugar


¼ teaspoon salt


1 teaspoon vanilla


3 ½ - 5 tablespoon water 

  Instructions
 

 




· In a bowl add 1 cup melted butter and 2 cups sugar until it becomes light and fluffy.


· Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla and 4 eggs. You can beat the mixture by hand or use an electric beater.


· Slowly add 1 ½ cups of maida, cocoa, baking powder and ½ teaspoon salt to the creamed mixture. Mix well.


· Stir in peanut butter chips


· In another bowl add peanut butter and 1/3 cup melted butter. Beat the mixture till it becomes creamy.


· Add 1/3 cup sugar and 2 tablespoon maida .Blend it well.


· Add 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Beat the mixture till smooth.


· Take a 13x9 inch greased baking pan and spread half of the chocolate mixture.


· Pour the peanut butter batter over the chocolate batter.


· Spread the remaining chocolate batter over the top.


· Gently cut through the layers with a fork to give a marble look.


· Bake the brownies in preheated oven at 360 degree for 40-50 minutes. You would know that the brownie is ready when it would pull away from the sides of the pan.


· In a saucepan, melt 3 squares of chocolate with 3 tablespoons of butter. As soon as they melt remove from heat and stir in icing sugar, ¼ teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla along with enough water to make the frosting smooth.


· Spread frosting over the cooled brownie and cut into bars.
