Mix together softened cheese, one table spoon sugar and 1 1/2 table spoon milk. Keep aside.
Beat egg by adding oil and milk to it.
Now add flour, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, salt to the above mixture. Mix well till it becomes smooth.
Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin mould till half filled.
Fill some cheese mixture and pour some more batter to cover it.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
