2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup candied ginger
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
Beat butter till light and add eggs and sugar(both) while beating.
Pour egg mixture to the dry mixture and mix well.
Now add candied ginger.
Pour it into muffin moulds and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
