- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add sugar to this.
- Beat eggs by adding milk to it.
- Mix together both the mixtures.
- Pour a little bit of the batter into greased muffin moulds. Put 1/2 table spoon of pineapple jam in the centre and then pour some more mixture on top of it.
- Bake it at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Take out and let them cool. |
