Ginger Chocolate Bread

2 cups all purpose flour


2 cups sugar


1/3 cup butter


3 eggs


1 1/2 cups cocoa powder


1 teaspoon salt


1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


1/2 cup yogurt


1/2 cup water


1 table spoon grated ginger

  Instructions
 

In an electric mixer beat together butter and sugar adding eggs one by one.


Combine all the dry ingredients.


In a separate bowl beat yogurt adding water and grated ginger to it.


Add the dry mixture and the yogurt mixture alternatively to the egg mixture.


Pour the mixture into a greased and lined bread loaf tin.


Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or till done in a preheated oven.
