Apricot Walnut Bread

1 3/4 cup fine flour


1/4 cup cocoa powder


1egg


3/4 cup water


1 table spoon salt


1tea spoon refined oil


1 tea spoon mustard powder


1 tea spoon orange peel


1/2 tea spoon cardamom powder


2 table spoon dry milk powder


1/2 tea spoon dry yeast


1/4 tea spoon baking soda


2 table spoon walnuts (chopped)


1/2 cup dried apricots (sliced)

  Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, egg, salt, baking soda, oil, mustard powder, cardamom powder, and dry milk powder.


Add yeast and mix well.


Now add warm water and mix it well.


Add orange peel, walnuts and sliced apricots.


Pour it in a prepared loaf tin and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes or till done.
