This fondue is a little on the heavier and rich side.  The recipe will have flavors of rich cream, dark chocolate and a taste of your favorite liquor.

Ingredients:

· 1 cup of heavy fresh cream

· 6oz of semi sweetened dark chocolate ( 65% cocoa)

· 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter

· 2 ½ tablespoons of brandy (cognac preferred)**

· Lots of garnishing goodies for you to dip into the fondue.

· Fruits, apricots, bananas, raspberries, cheese cubes (Keep cut and refrigerate)

  Instructions

· Take a medium size sauce pan and mix together 1 cup of heavy cream, 3 tablespoons butter and 2 ½ tablespoons of brandy (cognac)

· Place the saucepan onto a simmered flame.

· Keep stirring till the mixture starts to simmer.  Remove the pan from the stove and keep aside.

· Now start crushing 6ounces of dark crispy chocolate, till the pieces are very tinny.

· Add crushed chocolate to the simmered ingredients in the pan and blend it well.

· You will need to keep stirring this mixture till it is absolutely soft and smooth.

· Keep the fondue pot warm and ready.

· Once it is smooth, transfer the chocolate mixture nicely into your special fondue pot.

Serving:

Serve with the garnished ingredients that are chopped and kept to refrigerate.  You can also try fresh Strawberries to dip into the fondue and enjoy yourself.

** Adding brandy will give a beautiful feel to the fondue, but if the fondue is meant for children also then you could avoid liquor in this recipe.
