Ingredients:
·
1 ¼ cup of spring water
·
1 cup premium cocoa powder (Berger) sifted
·
1 ½ cups of granule sugar
·
½ cup and also 5 tablespoons of heavy cream
·
1 Pound cake and also fruits (like fresh strawberries, plums, apples, bananas and grapes) should be cut into small pieces
·
¼ cup syrup of fresh corn
·
62% or 5 ounces of Schaeffer Berger (should be semi sweetened chocolate) chopped
Instructions
·
To begin with first sift the cocoa powder in a bowl and keep aside. A special mixing bowl could be used.
·
Place the granule sugar, ¼ cup fresh corn syrup and water in a pot stir till the mixture comes to boiling temperature.
·
After the mixture has boiled, allow it to simmer for 8 – 12 minutes, till the sugar syrup solution has decreased to about 30%.
·
Slowly add the cocoa powder into the mixture and blend well using a whisk. Keep blending the mixture till it is nice and smooth.
·
After the mixture is completely smooth, pour the chocolate mixture into a cooking pot onto the stove and cook on medium flame.
·
While cooking the chocolate mixture fold into it heavy and fresh cream. Bring this mixture to boil and allow it to simmer for at least 5 to 7 minutes.
·
Remove the pot from the stove and stir into it chopped pieces of delicious chocolate.
·
Later pour the chocolate mixture into a fondue pot and allow it to remain warm.
