White Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipes

You have tried many recipes using chocolate chips but have you have tried making cookies using white milk chocolate chips. I bet they are going to be very tasty and I know what you are going to make this Christmas and have all your guests just having a go at your silky white chunky chocolate chip cookies.

Ingredients:

1 cup of butter at room temperature

¾ cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

¾ cup brown sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 and ¼ cup flour

1 cup white chocolate chips

Beat the butter till it is light and creamy. Then add both the sugars and mix till they are well incorporated. Add the eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Now add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and fold in lightly. Slowly add the white chocolate chips and chill this mixture in the fridge for 7 to 8 minutes. Then drop spoonfuls on a baking tray and bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven. Let the cookies cool and enjoy your white chunky chocolate chip cookies.
