· Firstly begin by adding the juicy raspberries into separate beautiful bowls. The amount of raspberries would solely depend on the amount you would want to add in each bowl.
· Adding fresh raspberries would be better and the right thing but, using frozen ones or canned raspberries would also do.
· Gently using a teaspoon pour at least 4 teaspoons or 2 tablespoons of lovely vanilla vodka (depending on your taste buds, you can add a bit more also.)
· Add at least 2 ounces of creamy white chocolate for every individual. The chocolate should be bought fresh and should not be kept stored or frozen for too long.
· Carefully melt it in the microwave (should not become very hot.)
· Separate the egg yolks carefully from the white. One egg for every person will be required.
· Once the chocolate is melted, keep it to cool. Then pour into it the egg yolks and blend the mixture thoroughly.
· Briskly whisk the egg white till it is foamy. ( Should not be too stiff)
· Now stir into it one tablespoon of chocolate mix, and slowly let the remaining mixture follow.
· Transfer the whole mixture onto the vodka and raspberries. Now refrigerate this mixture for a few hours and let it form. It will not set very hard the mousse will remain a little soft.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream, chopped raspberries and chocolate shavings. |
