This recipe is quick and also very light.  It is low on fat, and calories than other chocolate mousse recipes.  Well this is the secret of this recipe; even though it is low on fat and calories it does not hamper the sweet taste of the mouse.

Required Ingredients:

· Dark chocolate 100gms (70% of cocoa minimum)

· 3 eggs (whites required)

· Ripe Raspberries (Required only for serving)

  Instructions

· Start by breaking the chunks of dark chocolate (100gms).

· Once the chocolate is crushed, melt it in the microwave or even in a bowl over extremely hot water.

· Take 3 eggs and carefully separate the whites from the yolks.  Start beating the whites till its firm and stiff.  You can also use a blender or an egg beater.

· Take a little portion of the egg and start loosening out the melted chocolate.  Once the chocolate is nice and soft add the whites into it.

· Keep stirring till the whites of the eggs get blended well into the chocolate mixture.  If the chocolate mixture is too hard to stir and mix, you could also use the help of a dessert   blender or mixer to create a smooth mixture.

· Divide this chocolate mixture into your favorite serving bowls (4 or 6 bowls). If the mixture is distributed into 6 bowls, you would get small portions.  If poured into 4 bowls the portions would be divided generously.

· Refrigerate this mixture until it sets well.

While serving the chocolate mousse top it with fresh raspberries.
