This Chocolate Orange mousse has a soft, tender orange taste.  If you are not an orange fan, you could add any other liqueur totally depending up to you and your choice.

Ingredients:

· 120gms of excellent dark chocolate

· 2eggs

· 120ml of fresh cream (double)

· 1full tablespoon of Grand Marnier**

  Instructions

· Starting with the most basic step, which is breaking the dark chocolate or you, could even try chopping it.

· Take a good saucepan, pour the fresh cream into it and start heating it until it starts boiling.  Once it cream starts boiling switch off the stove and start adding the crispy dark chocolate into it.

· Once the chocolate is added keep stirring it till the chocolate melts completely into the boiled cream.

· Now you can add 1 tablespoon of Grand Marnier, or any other flavored liqueur completely your choice.

· Separate 2 egg yolks from the whites.

· Start beating the egg yolks.

· Once the yolks are fluffy (not stiff) add the yolks into the lovely chocolate and cream mixture.  Whisk the mixture carefully, (should not spill).  Keep blending it well, for about 4 to 5 minutes.

· Carefully beat the egg whites.

· After the ingredients are mixed well, slowly fold in only ¼ of the egg white in the chocolate mixture.

· Gently add the remaining egg whites using a special spoon (metal) and blend it well.

· You could pour the mixture of the mousse into tinny pots and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours.

** Note the liqueur can be avoided if there are children who would like to nibble into the mousse.
