On a cooking sheet, brush some melted butter on the triangle shaped croissant doughs. Spread some chocolate chips near one corner of the triangle and start rolling the dough from there. The chocolate chips should then be in the middle of the ready-to-bake chocolate croissant.
Pre-heat the over to 350.
Brush the egg white (that is well mixed with two teasponns of water) on top of the rolled dough and add the optional almond slices.
Bake in oven for about 15 minutes or until the dough is golden. |
