Chunky Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

  - 24 ounces of chocolate chips
- 4 cups of flour
- 2 cups of brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 cups of butter
- 1(one) 8 ounces of chocolate (Hershey) Bar (grated)
- 3 cups of chopped walnuts (optional)
- 2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 5 cups of blended oatmeal
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
  Instructions
 

Blend the oatmeal in a blender to get a fine and light powder. Cream the butter, white and brown sugars. Add the eggs and the vanilla. Mix together with the flour in what we could call the "dry" mixture, the baking powder, the oatmeal, salt, and soda. Add the chocolate chips, the chocolate bar and nuts.


Roll dough into small balls, and place these 2 inches apart on an un-greased cookie sheet.


Bake for about 10 minutes at 375 degree or until the dough gets slightly goldened or browned. Let cool for a few minutes and enyoy!
