In bowl, stir flour with baking soda and salt. Leave aside. Then in a large mixing bowl, cream the butter with the sugars in it until it is light and fluffy. Incorporate the egg and vanilla and beat until everything is blended nicely and light. Add in the flour mixture gradually. Incorporate the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts or pecans.
Preheat oven at 350°F. Make one inch cookie dough balls and place on slightly greased oven sheet. Then place on oven trays and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until browned.
Let the cookies cool down on the oven sheets before removing...and eating. Should make around 45-50 nice and crispy chocolate chip cookies. |
